How many hours do I get per month on the retainer?

The Ongoing Partner retainer includes 10 hours per month. This covers weekly check-ins plus ongoing systems management. Additional hours are billed at $60 per hour.

Can I cancel the retainer anytime?

Yes. We operate on a monthly basis with 30 days notice to cancel. No lock-in contracts. We believe the work should speak for itself.

Do you work with businesses outside South Africa?

Yes. We work with SA and UK businesses. All pricing is in USD. International clients pay via bank transfer — simple and low cost.

How long does a custom software build take?

Most custom applications take 4 to 8 weeks depending on complexity. Websites typically take 3 to 4 weeks. We scope every project before work begins.

What is included in the audit?

The challenge

CDG, an architecture and design firm based in Sandton, had grown to a team of 12 but their operational infrastructure had not kept up. Every project — from initial client briefs to final drawings, procurement schedules and site coordination — was being managed across a fragmented mix of WhatsApp groups, email threads and spreadsheets.

The result was predictable. Critical updates were missed. Procurement decisions were being made on outdated information. Project managers had no single view of where anything stood.
